NETCF GPS resource.

Currently seems hard to integrate Google MAP with a NET CF AP due to poor support of AJAX/Javascript parser.

On the otherhand, Java/J2ME is more more agreesive on this topic and a demo GMAP AP can be made easily with an IDE like netbeans.
